Technologies for personality psychological health restoration in war conditions: A complex approach

Анотація

The tasks of the work were to develop methodological principles for restoring the psychological health of the individual, to work out the technologies of socio-psychological rehabilitation, and to determine the resource modalities which increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation influences. There are used the method for the phenomenological analysis of individual and group counseling interventions, questionnaire methods, in-depth and contextual interviews, case studies. As a result of the study, the personal readiness to construct creatively his/her own life is defined as the main condition for the psychological health restoring. The rehabilitation process is considered as the mean of recovery, aimed at life creativity enhancing. It is shown that the effectiveness of restoring is ensured by taking into account the indicators, criteria, vectors, meaningful targets of rehabilitation interventions, their phased specification, the possibilities of targeted inclusion of communities in the systemic support of their members, team approach of different specialists. There are determined the ways of problem youth’s involving into recovery (readiness to orient themselves on their comrades’ positive experience, the support of the veteran and religious community) and measures to prevent recurrence of asocial behavior. There was an emphasis on the acute experience of losses by combatants and internally displaced persons, as well as a state of alienation in accordance to society, other people, and work by demobilized people. There are tested the technologies of restoring of self-efficacy and life-continuity of the personality, its constructive dialogue with the world, life, self, and the sense. There are determined the following resource modalities, which promote the restoring of personality’s psychological health: the basic one (increasing the viability of the individual); the instrumental one (usage of mobile applications as psychological support), and the buffer one (participation in the playback-action which provides the group recovery). The obtained results can be used to increase the socialadaptive capacities of a person, the ability to recover after traumatization. The direction of further research is the socio-psychological support of the individual while the transition from war to peace. The practical value of the work is determined by the developing of the principles of optimizing the interaction at the state and interdisciplinary level, of the ways to coordinate the communities and organizations activities to provide a complex approach to the injured persons’ rehabilitation. The social meaning of the work consists in the determining the goals of rehabilitation effects, phases, stages, forms, technologies and techniques of rehabilitation; developing the guidelines for self-help and practices to promote the post-traumatic growth. The value of work is to implement an integrated approach to socio-psychological rehabilitation of the injured persons
